Disclaimer: Of course Enlightenment can not be categorized & codified into a board game. But this game is a gateway into the philosophy of the path to wakefulness.

EDIT: I would argue that it is a board game, at least if you consider Candy Land or Chutes and Ladders to be board games.

EDIT EDIT: Oh, I thought you were arguing that "Gift of Enlightenment" couldn't be considered a board game, but now I see that you were referring to the state of enlightenment itself.

Nice review Kevin. I had totally missed it in the ratings section. And yes, I was commenting on the star of enlightenment itself. Like you I really like the theme & the quality but it flounders in the execution of the gameplay.
