Are the tiles of this game made so that it is easy to use these with Temple of Elemental Evil RPG adventure?

Go to Amazon and search for "dungeon tiles master set" and check those out. For $13 they are worth it.

No. They do not match up with the dungeons in the RPG adventure.

Right. The D&D 4e tile sets are what you want to lay out dungeons with. They are not jigsaw connected like the adventure game tiles. They come in a variety of shapes and are double-sided.

There's a dungeon set plus a wilderness set and a city set. We use a tablecloth to help keep them from sliding around.

However it should be noted that the 4e tiles will be almost equally useless for setting up the specific dungeons in the ToEE RPG campaign..
