Yes, firebombs are unlimited (but they cost 4 stamina to use each time).

Poison doesn't stack (so you can't add a poison upgrade to a weapon that does poison, to do double-poison damage).

But note that poison only lasts for a single activation. So player 1 goes, attacks with poison. Enemy goes, at the end of its activation it loses 1hp from poison, *poison is removed*. If player 2 also has a poison weapon, it will reapply poison and the enemy will lose another 1hp at the end of its next activation.

That is not my understanding. If I read the rules correctly the poison token will stay on and deal 1 point of damage to the model at each of its activations. These tokens do not stack though.

Page 21 of rulebook under conditions:

"When a model ends its activation, remove any poison, frostbite, or stagger tokens from that model."
