Without a doubt our biggest criticism has been twofold:
1) the rules suck (hard to understand)
2) we hate the guessing involved in anticipating future opponent moves

We've fixed both of these. Check out our new version of the rules - available at our website. These rules are MUCH easier to understand, have more visuals are just better organized.

The second issue has been resolved as well. Some players like the anticipation needed to hedge against possible opponent moves - a lot didn't (we noticed it was mostly experienced coders that liked this mechanic). So we have divided gameplay and the rules into three modes (beginner, intermediate and sifu). You can avoid this oft maligned component of Src:Card if you wish or incorporate it it later. It is up to you. We feel this makes the game far more accessible to non-coders and casual gamers alike.

Oh and Src:Card is now freely available as print and play!

Thanks so much for putting the new rules together!

When we got the game, I couldn't understand the rules at all - so the game just got put away, unplayed. The new rulebook is much better put together and pretty easy to understand. So we've finally got to actually play Src:Card
