What do you think about the idea of creating new - pocket travel version? I think it would be awesome to play Santorini in travel with some smaller version, maybe magnetic like pocket chess? Who knows, mayby Roxley can make that dream come true?

Sounds like a good idea, & certainly the board would be 'doable', but what about all the building blocks? Keeping them organised in a travel version would be difficult I fear.

I find it hard to imagine someone being able to make those components reasonably small enough to be "pocket" sized, or even able to fit in a Tiny Epic Galaxies box.

Mateo,

It's definitely something we are considering! Thanks for the thoughts!

A travel version of Santorini would be an insta-buy for me.

Ultra Micro LEGO "Travel" Santorini

The original editions of Santorini didn't use different styles of blocks, so one could use components like the tiles in Upwords.

A travel version where the board state is firmly locked down like my lego version or the blind-friendly version from the video below would be excellent.

A "travel" version that is just smaller... Eh. Loses a lot of appeal for me, because I want my travel versions to be usable on planes, trains, automobiles, and mountaintops.
