A few people have asked for the Pocket Schedule, but the old one requires time consuming data alterations, that we don't have time to perform right now. Any of you programmers out there who are willing to do it using Craig Trader's data or the official spreadsheet schedule, please pipe up :-)

A sample of the 2016 Pocket Schedule is at http://boardgamers.org/wbc16/wbc16.pdf

To look at existing data sources, visit http://boardgamers.org/wbc17/schedule.html.

With questions, contact acd@boardgamers.org.

How was last year's created? Is any source code available?

Also, it's not obvious to me what all the columns in the spreadsheet mean. Is there documentation for it?

Documentation? Not as such. Here's the short list:

Date: MM/DD/YYYY
Time: Integer, Event start hour
Event: Event name with codes
Prize: Number of plaques awarded (1-6)
Class: 'A', 'B', 'C', otherwise blank if inapplicable
Format: Tournament format for this session
Duration: Integer, length of session in hours.
LN: 'Y' if late night event, otherwise blank
FF: 'Y' if free form event, otherwise blank
Continuous: 'Y' if this entry refers to multiple events, scheduled back-to-back
GM: Game Master for this event
Location: Which room name (and table name for demos)

Which is why I strongly recommend piggybacking off the data I generate for web calendars and the app developers. See http://trader.name/wbc/2017/ for this year's data. Which, as Kaarin noted, is a little behind ... my family ate my life in June.

I intend to fix the data today.
