In case anybody is wondering about those 5 Soviet counters with the blank fronts and reduced backs (as I was)...

They're the Soviets' satellite-nation armies. I gave them each only one step because I believe, in this kind of situation, their morale would be lower than that of straight-up Red Army units; there would be defections, etc."
