Been following a few different areas of discussion regarding the Sleeve sizes, and compiled a list so far of what has fit and where there have been issues. I just ordered the Game Plus Sleeves, and will update the thread once they arrive.

I measured the cards myself (English Version), and came up with 70mm x 121.5mm
Card Count: 89
36 Point Cards (Orange Back)
43 Trading Cards (Purple Back)
5 Caravan Starter Cards (Grey Back)
5 Upgrade Starter Cards (Purple Back)
5 Create Cards (Purple Back)

Below is a list of what I have found and the forums / geeklists that they were on:

Fit Well:
Fantasy Flight sleeve size: Tarot - Orange (FFS66, 50/pack) - (2-3/4" x 4-3/4" - 70 x 120mm)
Game Plus sleeve size: Tarot (GPS96700, 50/pack) - (2-3/4" x 4-3/4" - 70 x 120mm)
Arcane Tinmen sleeve 70x120
Ultra-Pro sleeve size: Tarot - Light Blue (84441, 50/pack) - (70 x 120mm)
Legion Board Game Sleeve: 7 - Tarot - (BGSTA7, 50/pack) - (73mm x 123mm)

Mixed Reviews - Some Fit, Some Didn't:
Mayday sleeve size: Yellow: Premium (MDG-7100, 75/pack) - (70 x 120mm)
Swan PanAsia sleeve size: Blue Moon: Standard (SWN-041, 150/pack) or Premium (SWN-513, 75/pack) - (70 x 120mm)
Ultimate Guard sleeve size: Tarot: Premium (UGD010281, 50/pack) or Supreme (UGD010104, 50/pack) - (73 x 122mm)

Not Commented:

MTL sleeve size: Thick BST (MTL270, 75/pack) - (70 x 120mm)

If you purchase sleeves from a local store, some will let you open the pack and check to see if the sleeves will fit before purchasing them.

It is my experience that the sleeves need to be the length of the card (121 mm) plus the air gap (about three times the thickness of the card added to each end, in this case the card is 0.3 mm thick) so the sleeves will need to measure around 122.8 mm to work with these cards.

Ultimate Guard 73 x 122 mm are no good. Everyone of mine the cards sticks out .5 to 1 mm. Plus the cards stick to each other here and there. I thought after a few plays the natural oils from your hands would make them not sticky. Not the case. That will be the last time I will buy that brand. I will have to buy new ones now. Waste of money.

Ultra Pro Tarot are what I used, and they fit extremely well. The hologram isn't even an issue anymore since they changed it to my much more transparent.

I have seen some people either cutting the bottom of the plastic where the cards go, so that they go deeper.

You could also use a clear plastic bag for each color card stack, and place them under the plastic where the bowls sit.

I made my own foam core insert to put the sleeved cards in. Made little pull out boxes for the spices. I cornered off a section for the bowls. I just need to make 1 more for the money.

I cut out part of the card well from the insert. The sleeved cards fit perfectly, with the added benefit of not having to remove the insert every time I want to play.

I m surprised.

you managed to put the sleeved cards in the original insert without cutting nothing ??

It's already hard to put them in the insert when not sleeved (the insert is not deep enough)

The word "under" was used.

Just finished sleeving the game with the Game Plus Sleeves that I ordered.

They are a great fit, the plastic comes right up to the card height.

Where did you buy your sleeves and how much were they?

I ordered them from: https://www.miniaturemarket.com/

Game Plus Products Card Sleeves: Tarot Board Game Size (50)
GPS96700 - $2.29 x 2 = $4.58

I ordered a few other small items, because shipping was 5.99 to where I am.

When sleeved, do the market and points decks stay in place when you pick a card from the top? or do you find yourself constantly aligning the decks before they topple?

For that reason I'm trying to find Tarot sized sleeves with a matte finish, but can't find any.

I have not had that problem. The larger surface area and relatively small decks keep this from being a problem.

I bought 4 packs of the Ultra-Pro sleeves listed in the original post, under "Fit Well", and have had mixed results. Two packs did not fit at all, leaving 1-2mm of card sticking out of the top. The other 2 packs fit exactly the size of the card, with the top of the card going all the way up to the sleeve opening, just barely being useful.

Sleeves I bought:
Ultra-Pro sleeve size: Tarot - Light Blue (84441, 50/pack) - (70 x 120mm)

That's the last time I'll be buying Ultra-Pro sleeves (and Mayday Sleeves for the same reason). I don't need the hassle of getting varying sized sleeves and having to return them or throw them out. I'm sticking to the extremely reliable FFG sleeves from now on. They may be more expensive but in the 10,000+ sleeves I've used from them I've never had one that didn't fit perfectly.

The Fantasy Flight Sleeves (Orange packaging) barely fit. And I mean barely. There is less than 1mm gap between the top of the card and the opening of the sleeve. Would not recommend if you want full coverage.
