Couldn't find this one in the forums. If a 2-2 infantry unit is under a routed marker during a showers turn, what is its final combat strength?

Do you first half the 2 down to 1 and then reduce 1 to 0 because of showers, or do you first reduce the 2 to 1 for showers and then half to 0.5 and round up to 1? Is the final strength 1 or 0?

Thanks!

Going from memory here...

Event/Weather effects are applied first.

Next apply modifiers derived from markers (e.g. Rout)

Next apply terrain modifiers.

Then apply modifiers from Committing Reserves.

Then (finally) determine possible Special Troop effects (e.g. whether Elite troops get the Elan bonus, or Unreliable troops waver).

Hope that clears things up.
