No, this was created AFTER the game went to print.

Compatible also with the JAP "first edition" of the game, as far as you know?

Yes, it should be compatible. Worst case, the promo 5-power tokens will be a different thickness than the others, but you just put them on the board during setup, so it doesn't really matter.

For some weird reason the wrong sized discs have been shipped out to backers for scoring. They are an irregular size, smaller than standard sized discs commonly found in board game so the stickers don't fit.

Is this being addressed or ignored?

I have replaced the discs with standard size myself because the email I sent prompted no response.

Regards,

Stuart

That is correct, the scoring discs in the games came out to be smaller than specified, and as a result the stickers are just a teensy-weensy bit too large for them. This is an annoying error in an otherwise impeccable production

Unfortunately, they're ALL that way, and we don't have larger replacements. Possible solutions include:

* Download the updated PDF that Adam created from the files section, which has the image scaled down to fit those discs, print on full sheet label, cut out, and apply to discs. This would take a little work, but might look best.

* Put the too-big stickers on, then fold the edge over and roll the disc around to really flatten it. Many users have used this method and said it worked fine for them.

* Trim the sticker to fit better. I think this would be more work than the previous solution, for little additional gain. But I've heard it's worked for some players.

* Leave the sticker off altogether, as it's not really necessary for game play.

* Obtain 1 disc in each color at a larger size (from another game, or some other source) as you have done.

Hopefully this won't destroy anybody's enjoyment of the game!

Tile thickness is the same (I own the Jap version + promo). The back of the tiles is different art, so you can see the difference. Makes it possibly harder to put them on randomly. Not really an issue though, just don't look at the tiles when you grab them.
