So what do you own, haven't played, but really genuinely seriously are planning to play soon? We all have games we're not bothered about playing, games we want to play but can wait on...and ones we can't wait to get to the table, but somehow haven't.

For me:

Seriously, I can't even begin to write this list, and eight more titles just showed up on my doorstep this afternoon...

Good Topic!

+

So far have read the rules a couple times, and punched and clipped the counters. Just need to actually get it to the table!

Picked this up on clearance at Miniature Market. Have read through the rules and thinking about giving it a go. I'm nervous because it's a much "bigger" game than I'm used to. That's probably part of the appeal to me on some level. Also, been reading Russia's War. Great book.

These:

2nd Fleet and L'Armée du Nord

I feel that I'm close to finally breaking through and getting one of these on the table.....BUT.... I have the first two Blind Swords System games en route and it will take mucho effort to not push one of those to the front of the queue.

After reading the thread about unplayed games in people's collections, I was going to start a geeklist and invite people to make an entry with their unplayed games, and then comment once they were payed and any thoughts they would like to share on them. Looks like you beat me to it!

Here is my list:

Ukraine 43
Wilderness War
Friedrich
Successors
Shifting Sands
Festung Europa
Crusader Rex
Rommel in the Desert
Breakout Normandy
Napoleon's Triumph
US Civil War

and I have about 8 more on the p500 cry

Battleground Historical Warfare: Second Punic War 218-201 BC

I've played the fantasy version of this one and liked it as a hybrid miniatures / boardgame - I'd like to check what they've done to it to give it a Punic Wars feel.

I'd say so. Card assistance has nominal hidden info.

I own other games that I haven't played, but I want to play these soon, especially Pacific Victory. I've owned this for quite a while.

My list is so long it would break the internets should I display it here.

However, for the past several years around this time I make a plan to play a BAR game in the autumn. And come every autumn that plan is torn asunder. Regardless, I will try again and hope to get either Kolin: Frederick's First Defeat – June 18, 1757 or Prague: The Empty Triumph on the table. Solo.

I also have a plan in place to get into the GCACW series ftf in the autumn as well.

And a pushed-back-due-to-summer pbem session in the CWBS.

Honourable mention to a nice, comfy, relaxed four player ftf session of Angola and/or Strike of the Eagle.
