Interesting. That's the main reason why it has been less well thought of by my fellow gamers than the first edition. Previously the net had to make serious sense if it was to deliver the goods (ho ho). Now the junctions seem to let you play too fast and loose (at least 3 player)and with the quicker trigger of the game end due to the contract values goods deliveries are less crucial to success.
Why else was the system built if not to deliver goods?
