I have been wondering that if you used bloodlust:melee to run up and kill a zombie, assuming there are still zombies in the zone, do you automatically get the free action to leave the zone if you also have Hit&Run.

Or do you have to spent another action to hit and kill a zombie in order to activate the Hit&Run to leave the zone?

Let's look at the text of both Skills:
Quote:
Bloodlust: Melee – Spend one Action with the Survivor: He
Moves up to two Zones to a Zone containing at least one Zombie.
He then gains one free Melee Action, to use immediately.

Hit & run – The Survivor can use this Skill for free, just after
he resolved a Magic, Melee or Ranged Action resulting in at
least a Zombie kill. He can then resolve a free Move Action.
The Survivor does not spend extra Actions to perform this
free Move Action if Zombies are standing in his Zone.

Bloodlust provides a Melee Action. Hit & Run triggers off a Melee Action. Thus, yes, you can combo the two Skills. It doesn't matter whether there are Zombies left in the Zone or not.
