Looking for a new push your luck game and just looking for suggestions for good ones. No criteria just fire away. Thanks.

There's much more than just pushing your luck going on in Pandemic: The Cure, but it is one of my favorites and that mechanic is at the heart of what I enjoy about it.

The one where I try to sneak a new game into the house. Highly suspenseful. Extreme pushing of the luck.

There may be other games I prefer with a push-your-luck element, but this is my favorite pure push-your-luck game.

+1 Zombie Dice. I love the purity of it. Most other PYL dice games I've played try to be Zombie Dice with added complexity... which pretty much ruins what's great about Zombie Dice. I don't even like playing with the expansions.

I find that I don't like when there's other stuff added. I need to try Incan Gold/Diamant before I give up on push your luck games all together.

It's gotta be Cheeky Monkey. Another Knizia.

Also who doesn't want to learn where African Wild Dogs originate?

I've done the sneaking as well. I'll push my luck when my wife says NO MORE GAMES UNTIL! and 3 days later I'm convincing her why we need another one!

As far as recommendations, I think Can't Stop and Diamant have to be near the top? I like the theme of Incan Gold better and it plays up to 8, however Can't Stop is always a good time as well.

Excape. It's OOP, but you can still track it down here on the Geek. Great little dice game, sort of a cousin of Can't Stop.

I'd put my money on Las Vegas. (See what I did there?) The advanced/expert/whatever variant is particularly interesting, if you have no more than 4 people playing.

Can't Stop and Diamant are also solid push-your-luck games, which I second or third, as appropriate.

I LOVE push your luck. There are some great ones listed here, such as Clank!, Deep Sea Adventure, and Incan Gold/Diamante which offer that big cool "when do I turn back" decision either once during the game or once per round.

If you really want that "I really should stop but I just can't help myself" tension every single turn, it's hard to beat Can't Stop, although Port Royal does a stellar job here as well.

Pirate Den gets almost zero buzz but we've had a great time with it, as it has a fantastic social push-your-luck tension in trying to decide how greedy you can be and what your opponents will do.

Ra has some really fun PYL moments in each game, but it's not much of a driving mechanism. Coloretto's also a great classic and has a nice PYL feel in trying to decide when to back out of each round.

Has anyone played dicey goblins? I heard it's a mix between zombie dice and Incan gold.
