Have to check the rules, but does this make her King? Or does it actually require her to pull it from a stone?

Depends on which legend cycle you prefer. For me Excalibur was given by the Lady Of The Lake (Nimue or Vivien or similar depending on version) and is not the sword pulled from the anvil atop the stone.

To spoil the fun.

When I saw this yesterday my first thought was "tourist trap sword thrown into the lake as an offering about 6 months ago". It really does look like a right old piece of tat.
