I know of a few, very different ones:

Grimslingers

Millennium Blades: Set Rotation

Rune Age

Anyone have any other suggestions?

I guess I tend to prefer card games...

Martians: A Story of Civilization is one.

If you consider the bio terrorist module of Pandemic: On the Brink, then Pandemic may be an option (though the bio terrorist is 1 vs many).

The Lost Expedition. It is a card game. I play it a lot, solo, so I cannot say how play is for co-op or v. It is a fun game, fun art, easy to learn, addictive.

Star Realms can be if you can find a copy of the two co-op/solo challenges. Those two and six new co-op/solo will be in Star Realms: Frontiers I think.

Race for the Galaxy + The Gathering Storm does 1-5p but not co-op though my wife and I once played the solo mode co-op (i.e. we used the solo rules and had hand & tableau but we discussed what we would do which didn't feel that different to co-op games like Pandemic) to me.

Not out yet, but I believe The Edge: Dawnfall has game modes to support just about any type of play. It has solo vs an AI opponent, co-op versus an AI opponent, and player vs player.

Summit: The Board Game! Plays solo, coop or vs. It has a double sided board with the coop version on one side and the competitive version on the other side.

Saltlands works like this. I've only played the solo mode, but it's terrific.

Centauri Saga is a quick playing space 4x game .some interesting scenarios for solo and coop and an area style PvP game. Probably Eclipse lite ?
Super Dungeon Explore: Forgotten King is a chibi miniatures dungeon crawler for solo and coop v AI overlord and versus with someone using the overlord against the heroes. Looks like those Japanese console adventure games.
BattleCON: Devastation of Indines is a quite unique street fighter ,tekken ,mortal combat type card game with a cool pre program fight move system. Lots of variety with solo adventure , coop versus boss and PvP all very interesting.

Cool recommendations here , will keep an eye on this as the games tend to have more staying power with these gameplay options.

A Touch of Evil can be played that way. It has rules for Co-op and Versus, but you can play the standard game Solo as well and have a great experience. I've played all three ways, but prefer the Co-op experience overall.

I have played a majority of my games (half are wargames) solo at one point or another. And any game that can be played solo also can be played co-op. So in a sense, at least half the games on BGG can be played solo, co-op or vs.

... and vs. includes the "Legendary" hero (the player with the most points) or, if you expand the game with Legendary: Secret Wars – Volume 1, one (the Mastermind) vs. the rest (the Heroes).

Mage Knight Board Game. Why hasn't this been mentioned yet??? (Yes, it's a board game, but deck building is the core mechanic of the game, so it's just as much of a card game as a board game.)

Not a card game, but Room 25 has all three modes of play, plus hidden traitor. The cooperative and solo modes are better with the Season 2 expansion (too easy in the base game).
