This one was a read struggle! Working out how to build and cover it while minimising visible seams etc. was a real headache. By the time I had completed it, I just wanted to pack it all away and forget about it! Anyway, here's the photo of it open and set up. Really cool looking. Do you like the long term durability of your gray-board inserts?

I'm starting to find foam core too chunky for some games, and I only do HDF inserts with heavy games (actual weight not gameplay) because they're a pain in the buns to make.
