Then these were on the countersheet for FGA's Defiant Holland:

The tanks are from one of the original Squad Leader expansions (probably G.I. Anvil of Victory).

Actually I think these are from the original Squad Leader set. More detail generally in the GI Anvil of Victory counters.

James is right, the "75" is the give away that this is original SL. On a GI Anvil of Victory M10 counter the gun rating would be 76L (76 not 75mm and higher velocity gun type), but the original lumped all roughly 75mm guns into the same firing line on its CRTs. It was largely an infantry game - armor detail came later.

They are from the original Squad Leader. I could have sworn that tanks weren't introduced until the Cross of Iron expansion.

There were tanks in SL. CRoss of Iron totally revamped the armor system though.

They're labeled on the original countersheet as "Missing(?) Europa Counters"

This may sound utterly stupid, but couldn't they be counters for Defiant Holland itself ? It was the terror bombing of Rotterdam which triggered the capitulation of The Netherlands in 1940.

The terror bombing counter is featured on the back of the box, so that seems right.

I'm not sure what it says about me that these are my favorite threads, but I love the unearthing of obscure titles and the unreal speed with which the answer generally appears. Your last thread only served in my mind to re-emphasize how fast the answers generally are.

I think the missing Europa counters are the grey and green ones above the text.
