We've known that the date with October 10th for a little while, but now we also know the time. It's 9pm CET, 3pm EDT. There are Early Birds available, though I don't know if they will be limited by number or by time period. If the former then this is the time to be online if you want to get one

So what time is that for San Antonio, Texas? I looked up the conversion for a kickstarter I was following forever and somehow still got it wrong! I clearly don't know what I'm doing with regards to time zones. Please help.

Do we already know how will the super KSE and/or early birds work? (by time, backer number...)

The last thing I saw from anyone at MG on this was that they hadn't yet decided how to do them.

The super exclusives are a special thank you for those backers who support the KS fully while it's live, rather than waiting for the pledge manager. It will probably be limited to those that pledge for a core box or more (though the exact cut off value has not yet been announced). What has been said is that a $1 holding pledge will not be sufficient.

How any Early Birds work has not been defined.

Early birds will be a reduction of 10$ on the base pledge (so 110$ instead of 120$) and there will be only 1000 available. (Leonardo explained this in a french video on Tric Trac Tv)

Will you get extra Super Exclusives if you buy more than one base Pledge?

So there's no all-in pledges then? Or will someone lose their EB taking an all-in pledge if it gets introduced later?

There's definitely going to be an all-in but it would be made available till later in the campaign when they know what it'll consist of. MBP did it as an add-on so no-one lost an EB.

Super Exclusives will be one per qualifying pledge.

As Ben says, there will be an all-in deal once it's clear what that "all in" means. Probably around the half way mark of the campaign.

An early bird, will he be able later to do an all-in without to loose the extra early bird exclusives?

There are no Early Bird Exclusives, just -10$.
The Super-Exclusives are for supporting the campaign while live (so not for late pledges).

As Thorsten says, the EB is not an exclusive item, just a discount. And yes, we will work out a way for the EB to retain that if you want to upgrade it to an all-in

I went all in on Conan and Mythic Battles and it looks like I will on this campaign also, looks awesome. Bummer about early birds, I will be at work...should just be day 1 or 12 hours or something. Oh well, congrats to those who save $10.

So I know the dragon is an add on... but hypothetically could someone buy just the dragon?

Yep! Jake confirmed this in a podcast I just listened to. There will be a pledge level that allows you to just purchase addons in case you need 3 dragons for...purposes.

Not just rumors, word from the dev is they're shooting for $60. That's a great price and something I'd definitely consider getting. Most of the other hobby minis I'm looking at for painting are $80-120 and they're nowhere near as big as the dragon.
