I think Deception: Murder in Hong Kong is a great game. However, the one thing I've seen that can really through the game off is if the "Cause of Death" or "Location" clues provided by the Forensic Scientist cause too much confusion. If these clues cause too much confusion it can almost make it impossible for the Investigators to win because the Forensic Scientist can never change those cards, and a confusing clue in one of these areas provided at the beginning of the game will stay there the entire time.

To avoid this problem, you could provide the option that instead of replacing an orange "Scene" tile at the beginning of round 2 and 3, they could move a bullet on either the "Cause of Death" or "Location" tile. This would help correct any confusing clues provided, but at the sacrifice of not getting a new "Scene" tile.
