What's the best storage solution to hold all the sets in one box?

None. Cramming them in one box either requires a massive box or complete lack of organization.

The best solution is several boxes using the Broken Token insert. I find I can put 3-4 sets in a box which is more than enough game play for a single box.

I am doing the same thing I did for dominion. I got a artist case from hobby lobby and using the vertical card insert from the broken token. That way I will put all the ascension cards in it for storage.

I did the same thing, initially. I kept all the blocks sleeved in a unique color pertinent to each set,and by the time War of Shadows hit, i was out of space. I ended up going with a far less-elegant Stanley stacking storage container, so that I could stack multiple containers together, if needed.

How are you organizing them in the box?
