I have recently started building foam core organizers. I realized that despite TOE having plastic organizers, they were not great at keeping things separated. Here is my attempt to organize. I have the base game, the coast and Hero Box II. Fit it all into the two big boxes.

This first one comes out and houses the three decks that aren't location specific and the tokens for wounds, investigation, and bonuses to attributes.

It sits in the box with the heroes and their dashboards.

In the other box I have two levels.

The Villains and all the other various counters fit into the top. The bottom layer houses everything that comes out during set-up. Once set-up is completed, then I put the top layer back so we can fish out tokens and markers as needed.

Good job. I use these, not so good for storing in the box but great for reducing table space and they look really neat.

Those are awesome!
I think I will have to try to make some.
I agree table space is an issue for TOE!

I have also tackled this question project, but with a goal in mind: fit the whole game in one box.

Here's the whole thing, mostly unboxed, with just the bottom layer in the box:

then partway through:

Almost completely packed:

I decided I'd rather float the lid than have to deal with multiple boxes.
