So, I think the answer is, "It counts toward Experience," but just to be sure:
9.2.2 2nd to last paragraph:
Enemy units placed that are firing through intervening PC markers along the line of fire casue those intervening PC markers to be removed if at the same level.)
What if the PDF moves? I assume this still holds true. Remove the PC marker.
Does it count toward Experience?
In WW2, 2nd mission, it states, Clear another card that had a PC marker.
According to 1.2.6, Occupied, Unoccupied, Cleared, and Secured Cards: . . . A Cleared card is an unoccupied card that previously had a Potential Contact marker and is being counted for the purpose of achieving a mission.
So, a card that is Cleared is Cleared. Very good. Get that for the purpose of winning a mission. However, the Experience Points list for the mission states "Clear another card that had a PC Marker." This does not state Cleared, but the card seems to have needed to be "Cleared" by the US unit. Is this not intended? I believe I am reading into it too much, but just want to be sure.
