Please share what your personal favorite games or what you feel is the very best game that is fully playable in 30 minutes or less. I don't get a very long lunch break so it would be interesting to see what is playable while we eat.

I am assuming this is with a lunch group:

Santorini (4 or less)
Kingdomino (4 or less)

Social Deduction (Best with 5 or more)
The Resistance
One Night Ultimate Werewolf
Tortuga 1667 (this is an awesome lunch time game!)

Red7

Even a long version with scoring would be done in 30 minutes.

Fugitive has moved into one of my favorites in this category. It's a two player that's really easy to learn/explain, but keeps the mind working!

Best lunchtime games, that can be enjoyed in under 30 minutes:

If your group is 3 or more people:
Sushi Go Party!
Hanabi
Codenames or Codenames: Pictures
Love Letter
Welcome to the Dungeon

If it's just two of you:
Codenames Duet
Jaipur
Love Letter is still very good
Raptor is great, if you play quickly

Sushi Go!
Biblios (2 players ok - but better with 3-4 players)
Dragonwood
Mighty Monsters (min 3 players)
Hanabi (prob better with 3 players - never played 2 player game)
Machi Koro
Haru Ichiban (2 player only)
Between Two Cities (min 3 players)
Santorini (standard rules - some of the god variants make it longer)

Most of these can be done in 30 min or less once you are familiar with game play. But, like most games, your first couple times might take longer.

I've played 100+ games of Tintas and every one is great. I like it because it has a lot of strategy but finishes in about 10 minutes.

It also looks like it is back in stock: http://thewoodenwagon.com/woodentoy/GCG52091886.html

Taluva - with 2 takes about 30 minutes. Longer with 4.
+1 for Between Two Cities
Don't Mess with Cthulhu (if there are more of you).

Fabled Fruit is great if you play with the same people every time since the game changes a little each game you play.

Race for the Galaxy if everyone knows the game and plays quickly (don't try to learn it in 30 mins)

For two:
Star Realms
Hive Pocket
Pentago
Connect Four
Cribbage

For two or more:
Hey, That's My Fish!
Red7
Eight-Minute Empire (or legends though I've not played that)
Indian Chief
Jump Drive

Easily Deep Sea Adventure

It would be hard to do while you eat, but my absolute favorite game under 30 minutes (10 minutes to be precise) is Escape: The Curse of the Temple
