The rules says something about Reveals. I have looked at all the cards and do not see any cards that say reveal. Where are they and when do you reveal them to players?

Reveals are things the players can learn in each scene that will either help them in the scene or towards the big finish or sometimes it's just cool info. If you are looking at a game session in Preludes then each section (Journey, Big Finish, etc) will have a subsection called Reveals. It tells you what the player has to be doing in order to "trigger" the reveal.

The Invitation scene doesn't have reveals, but the Journey and Big Finish do (they are always found at the bottom right-hand page in the Scene Keys).

Basically, when you prep the adventure, you need to make sure you know what actions by the players can trigger the reveals. Sometimes it's when they talk to an NPC, sometimes when they search an area, sometimes when they try to do a specific action. In other cases, the reveals happen automatically after a certain event occurs. The text for the reveal sets out how it is discovered by the players.

The Lightbringer character type also has an ability that allows him/her to automatically discover certain reveals.

The Talespinner also has the ability to automatically discover some reveals (Allies without cards and Story Echoes)
