Subject: Events - +Damage next Ravage rss

Rising Interest in the Island - has a choice where "During the next normal Ravage, each town/city does +1 Damage"

Heavy Farming - "During the next normal Ravage, each town does +1 damage. (If there is no Ravage this phase, leave out this card by the Ravage space until one happens)"
Urban Development - same as Heavy farming except for Cities and +2 damage. Also has the italic text


Is it an oversight that the italics part of Heavy Farming isn't included in Rising Interest? Or does that effect not happen if that event comes up early enough in the game?

I kind of wish none of these events stayed out until the next ravage, but play them as written. Next normal ravage might be something that happens on a future turn in all cases.
