A few weeks ago the Direct Match function was working fine for me. Then it suddenly stopped working and I get this error:
504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.
I have tried this on different computers (2 PC's and in iPad) and different browsers with the same result. So I am thinking this may be something unique to my account and not a general problem. I have emailed multiple tech support people listed in the directory with no response whatsoever, which is somewhat annoying since I am a long time supporter.
So I decided to post here to see if anyone can help. Thank you!
