Hi

I bought the Race for the Galaxy ‐ Rio Grande / Abacusspiele English / German Edition (2007) version and now I'm holding an english only version in my hand. Is that correct? No german rules, no german cards...

If that is truly what you bought, then the rules should be a double-sized booklet with both English and German rules.

Later printings by Abacus also had German text cards.

That's what the BGG user selected as version...

I think I have to write an email to the publisher and asking how I can determine exactly what I bought.

You don't have a german version in spare by chance?

I now have 3 expansions in german and the main version in english cry

If it has Abacus and RGG logos, bilingual rules, and English cards, you have a first run copy.

Otherwise, an Abacus (with one RGG) logo box should have German rules and German cards.

No Abacus logo, English rules, and English cards means you have a mis-classified English version.
