Looks cool, some questions:
- Do the mobs spawn with a boss? and how much hp does he have?
- Do the monsters give the same xp as before? 1 for minions, 5 for roaming?
- Why do you draw from top / bottom of the deck? I don't see any benefit.
- Is monster HP static? Or is it 5 HP x CL? Because if the dungeon is level 3 ar 5HP monster doesn't seem like much of a threat.

A: No. No bosses.

Q: Do the monsters give the same xp as before? 1 for minions, 5 for roaming?
A: Yes. Unless stated otherwise, all standard rules stay intact.

Q: Why do you draw from top / bottom of the deck? I don't see any benefit.
A: You see the top of the spawn deck, so you know, what type/size of enemy you are about to engage when opening doors (listening behind the door, kind of). If bothersome, just spawn from the bottom.

A: It is static. Defense value rises. Monsters are supposed to die, that is ok.

Riiiight, I forgot that Guards and roaming monsters are mixed into one deck. I'm a big dummy sometimes.

Ok, I'll give it a whirl with the 5HP if my playgroup is willing. But I guess they'll want to play the standard quests first.

Sure, this framework is meant to be suited for groups, that enjoyed the base game and all its nice parts (skills, levelling, lootfest), but got tired with constant crosschecking, loss of tempo, and lenght. Have fun!
