Anyone else experiencing this kind of wear?
Its really only my attack dice, after 10 or so games. It's doesn't bother me much as is, but I have some anxiety concerning 50 or so plays from here...

Do you "grind" your dice before throwing them?
I hate it when people do that move, especially on my games!

I have close to 50 plays and my dice are for sure showing more wear than I would like but not quite as bad as those.

Not really. I do habitually give them a little shake... and they do click.
but surely this is "normal" use.

Too bad thenn
I was under the impression that the printing technique they used for these dice made them very durable.
Seems they aren't really.

Probably don't want to jump to conclusions. Could be a manufacturing defect. I'm sure CTG will replace them.

What surface are you rolling on? Is it what is in that picture? That looks like some kind of weave with a synthetic fiber of some kind? It may not feel rough to you but it could be sanding them down.

We've seen one or two other cases of this and it does not look normal. The other cases were spotted almost right away as if they had come that way and the issue was limited to the Attack dice specifically.

No dice should be showing wear after 10 plays or 50 for that matter unless they are being rolled on sandpaper. And even then I would be suspect of their quality if they looked like this.

We are happy to replace these for you so please submit a component replacement request.

This is why I posted. If I'm the only one, maybe I got either the first or last printed attack dice. And maybe the ink wasn't mixed, or the sticking agent was gone
