Attention! These maps are unofficial! In case of conflict, the info from Merz Verlag is ALWAYS considered correct.

Hi all,

Regular visitors of this forum may already know the detailed maps I've created for several years now, like here:
Hall Plans for Essen Spiel 2014 - Detailed Maps ==FINISHED==.
Hall Plans for Essen Spiel 2015 - Detailed Maps
Hall Plans for Essen Spiel 2016 - Finished!

And here are the maps for the SPIEL 2017! Enjoy!

A3 PDF: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cvorrr0ajilj21u/Essen2017_A3.pdf?d...
A4 PDF: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sr5vosuj0nl40n6/Essen2017_A4.pdf?d...

Click here if font comes out distorted when printing the PDFs.

Disclaimer: These maps are based on the official info from Merz-Verlag, but they are to be considered unofficial. Do not refer to them in case of an emergency. In case of conflict, the Info from Merz Verlag is correct.

Notes:
- Due to the rebuild of the Messe Essen, some facilities (WC, snacks, emergency exits, ...) may or may not be correctly pictured. Please refer to the official maps for those and keep my disclaimer in mind.
- This year, quite a bit of booths bear a "?", since the list Merz Verlag published did not include those booths.
- Asmodée has a lot of booths (almost half of the entire Hall 1), but I have found only minimal info what publishers are exhibited in which booth (I'm not even sure about the Ludonaute bit, since BGG lists booth 1-D103, which does not exist).
- When printing the PDF version, select "Shrink to printer margins" or similar, to avoid text being cut off. Page 3 (Halls 6-8) goes all the way to the border of the page.
- Dropbox changed their system of public folders. This is the first time I've used the link sharing system. If the download doesn't work, please tell me.
- The A4 version will follow in a few days' time.

Huge thanks to everyone for their encouragements, kind words, and thank yous.

Thanks a LOT.
After a few years halls 1 and 3 are the ones I can manage pretty well, but for 2 and 4+ these are a life-saver.

quick printer noob question: is there any disadvantage in just scaling the a3 pdfs to an a4 printout?

Some booth labels are at a 4pt font, which is barely legible. If you scale down to A4, you'll have minuscule font.
