American light infantry can be deployed "hittin' the dirt" at zero cost. All other infantry in the game have a cost of 1, even german light infantry. Is that a misprint?

In the physical boardgame, Light Infantry can be equiped with Hit the dirt! (= Take cover) at the cost of 1 AP.

But in the App, it has been modified to free(=0AP). It’s a developper’s choice, as for C-47 Skytrain, Ammo Support Card, movement At Cover.

Jose Miguel,

It´s not a mistake. This is intended to show that German Light Infantry is slightly inferior to its American equivalent.

There are also some traits in Heavy Infantry of both sides that differ.
