Just got the game about a week or so ago, working on a foamcore storage solution and wanted to know the number of miniatures I am supposed to have of each. The reason I ask for this is because while comparing others' solutions, I noticed that one of them showed little enemy sword + shield guys (non-spiked shoulder) and he had more than me (I counted 26 of them in my copy, whereas I see 36 in their pic - left of the red archer guys [Link Here: https://boardgamegeek.com/image/3305828/war-ring-second-edit...) ])

Did I get shorted?

The correct number of minis of each type is listed on page 7 of the Rulebook.

Everyone, disregard this. After recounting for the fourth time, I realized I actually do have 36, just kept miscounting somehow; must be tired. Thanks for telling me that all contents are broken down in detail in the rulebook though. Thank you

It's not so hard to confuse some miniatures in the WotR. Some are very similar.

Yeah I find the Shadow pieces mostly pretty easy, but some of the Free Peoples guys needed more distinction.

Painting the bases in their Nations' colors works well.
