The names of the difficulty levels only go up to 'Epic' for a game with scheme levels II/III/V
What do you call a game with levels II/IV/V or III/IV/V

Also, in the base game there are points rewarded related to the difficulty level of the game, the expansion does not give points for epic or beyond, so just add 100 points per level?

Why not just that - 2-4-5 and 3-4-5?

Until we hear something from the designer, your guess is as good as anybody else's.
