This card idea is really rough, more the point of this post is just that I think a Baby Frostback Bear conjuration, perhaps like the one you see in Regress, would be really cool and cute! (And I'd also love to see that frog from Rin's Frost Bite card )

If you are interested in imagining/creating your own cards : The ability is a bit boring and babys usually don't fight a lot.
Maybe try give it some aura that has something to do with cuteness.
For example it could grant friendly frostback bear a version of unitguard that can only be used to guard a baby bear. The baby itself could look something like this :

sleepy : this unit is always exhausted.
pleasant dream : while this unit has no damage token on it, spells and abilities used by an opponent can not affect cards in your deck or hand.
