As my first settlement ever seems to be heading towards an inevitable unfortunate end... I'm trying to put something together to remember past settlements.

This is what I've got as a first (very rough) draft.

Here's what I've included as information about the settlements at the moment:

- Settlement Name
- Last Lantern Year
- Population at the end
- Total Death Count
- Chosen Principles
- "Tales of Courage": Notable accomplishments and heroic moments this settlement will be remembered by.
- "Tales of Finality": The magnificient tale of this settlements ultimate end.

I'd love to get the community's feedback on this:

Would you use something like this?

Is there anything else that would be fun to remember?

PS: Please keep any replies spoiler free.

Brilliant!

Maybe add a settlement champion/outstanding survivor.

I've had a few memorable survivors over many campaigns who absolutely defied the odds. I've recorded their names and whenever a current survivor grows to the stature of these legends I allow them to take on the names of
one of the legendary survivors.

That's a great idea! I'll try and fit it into the next version.

While a funny occurence, I'm not sure anyone will actually remember how many times it's happened during their campaign

Our first Family innovation gave the surname "Castraleoni" (=lion-spayer) to one of our most proficient hunters.

Spoiler (click to reveal)

Demo'ing at GenCon this year, our group managed to get the WL nuts. Memorable and hilarious for a random party of 4 (2 of which had never heard of KDM and were snagged as they walked past the booth by the staffer filling the table).

As I was assembling my own WL on Saturday, I saw them and thought "Well, there they are. Maybe I should cut them off now and magnetize them."
