I live in New Zealand, which makes getting hold of small print run wargames more challenging than I would like. I recently ordered Algeria: The War of Independence 1954-1962
. I read the rules which looked really good (simple but seemed to have lots of depth). Unfortunately when I opened up the game one of the counter sheets was improperly cut (so that instead of the cuts being at the edges of the counters they were at centre). So I sent fireydragon and email and asked if they could send me another sheet. I mentioned in my email that their games looked really good (at least from reading the rules) and I would probably order more of their games. The next day they got back to me and apologized (they were actually pretty suprised since they do the cutting themselves).
To day I went to the mail box and I got a package today with a copy of all the counter sheets and a new map. In addition my package included a copy of Operation Whirlwind
, which I had been wanting (it was on my wish list). Wow talk about good customer I got a free game. Thank you guys so much, I look forward to playing both! I was so please I felt I should go shill their company ;), thanks again!
