Does anyone have the measurements for the card sizes (for sleeving), both the small and larger ones?

Smaller cards are "mini Euro" cards per FFG sleeve sizes (red label).

Larger "poker cards" are "standard" per FFG (silver label).

Note: This is definitely true of 1st edition, and from what I've seen there isn't a size change to 2e. However, I could be mistaken. Hopefully someone can confirm.

Confirmed. Small cards are basically twice as small as poker (or Magic) size.

They do have large enough fonts, though, so they'll be plenty readable. Much like 1st Ed was.
