I know the rules, but how do you win this game?
1. If there is any possible way to access an encounter token, it is considered accessible. It's just that there are some combinations of factions that make it impossible to get into the home areas of other factions. Those are the inaccessible encounter tokens. You can just remove them from the board to make it clearer.
First of all, thank you for your quick response, but I have some follow up questions, because I'm afraid it's still not completely clear to me.
What if we consider using an airship to transport a worker somewhere, in order to build a mine there and travel to that location with the character that way. Does this count as an accessible location?
Do we still count those locations as accessible after all players have built their mines? (They could've gotten there, but not anymore.)
So I guess what it boils down to is: do we consider CURRENTLY accessible locations, or locations that are accessible IN PRINCIPLE?
And if it's locations that are accessible in principle, what happens when one of those locations is no longer accessible to anyone?
