Just curious,

What are you doing with the cards that have been cycled out and/or banned?

You could use them to build a draft pool (maybe together with others), which can make for a great alternative way of enjoying some netrunning!

Nice thought but when I get to play I'd rather play with the current meta.

Im hanging on to them. If the game continues for a few more years, either 1) they'll be worth something or 2) the game will end and you'll probably be happy you have more cards to deckbuild/draft with with a "finished" cardpool, and/or 3) people will play eternal format netrunner

But right now I'm not doing anything with them

I'm keeping them. My partner and I play mostly casually, so while lately we've been enjoying the rotated card pool, we're probably going to go back to play some "vintage" Netrunner.

I also really like the idea of making a 4-person draft cube out of rotated cards -- before rotation it was hard to maintain a cube, but this makes it easy. I would have already done it if I had people to draft with.
Don't underestimate draft as an alternative format; it's great!

I stopped playing some time ago and got all cards up until and including the san-san cycle.

So no need for me to ban or restrict anything.

One day I'll play this with my kids (yes, keep telling myself this ) and then we just pickup where I left and play "vintage" netrunner at leasure.

Honestly, with the sets I have, that's more than I ever need for this. (but the completionist in me is screaming here gulpshake)

Keeping them, we just played a game with decks built with almost all rotated cards.
