Any suggestion on what sleeves to get. I purchased:

Purple Label: Standard USA Game Size Sleeves 56mmx87mm, but they were slightly to small!! I thought they were going to work.

Apparently, Mayday Premium USA Chimera Card sleeves (orange) cover. Size: 57.5 x 89 mm are the hot ticket!

Except that they are not known for being very tough sleeves. As others try more, please keep the board informed as to specific brands and sizes that work. TIA!

I will be going with UltraPro Board Game Sleeves, 56x87mm, Standard American, Yellow Pack. Unfortunately I only had a pack with about 5 sleeves left and waiting for a new shipment of sleeves. They fit perfectly though and are of a decent thickness.

The sleeves I purchased were 56 by 87 as well, put the cards did not fit. What's the difference between the purple Mayday I bought and the yellow ones you used??

I can only guess that some companies measure the size of card the sleeve can hold and some measure the size of the sleeve itself. Just a guess. I really don't know.

Will the Ultra Pro sleeves fit back in the insert? I was looking at FFG sleeves but I’m not sure it’ll fit back since they tend to be taller.
