How does applying Bleeding to an Imperial figure that only has 1 health left interact with the rule that instructions are skipped if the instruction would cause the unit to be defeated before affecting a Rebel?
I've highlighted the key word on that rule. When figure is bleeding, it suffers the damage from bleeding after performing an action. So the figure would perform the action, affecting a rebel, and then it would be defeated. It goes hand to hand with the quoted rule.
