If you have two Riders, you can play both of them and "predict" different outcomes for each one. That way, you are assured of getting one of the benefits

That doesn't go against the playing multiple action cards rule?

No two rider cards have the same name, so the rule doesn't apply.

This. In fact, there are currently exactly 8 Rider cards, each called "XYZ Rider" where XYZ is the name of one of the Strategy cards They each have slightly different effects, related (thematically) to the Strategy card they are named for.

I did a triple on an elect player in a four player game, either I got it or I got one of the riders.

I just thought of one:
With the Arborec you keep in every fleet 1 GF (the best is having the Cruiser II)
And you get Sarween tool.

every time you activate this fleet you may build at least one unit and even if you have no ressource with sarween tools you'll be abble to build a destroyer or 2 fighters (if you have 2 GF or 1 upgraded GF)

What are your thought about this?

It works well. Cruiser II, Sarween Tools and racial Ground Force Upgrade is bonkers. Arborec is fun. With Warfare SC you can gain control of 3 systems with only 1 Carrier!

That is heavy and judicious use of the 7 Strat card primary to make it viable early game. The plants only start with 1R, to accomplish what you are saying will require and additional 1Y and 2G at base, then to buy the 2 upgrades. Not likely to happen commonly within the first 3 turns.

By the time round 4 comes about, where this is most likely to be the first round where you have competed all that tech, you don't have the ability, usually, to "gain control" of 3 systems as many systems will have already been taken by the 2 carrier and 6 Strat taking factions.
