Hello,

You sent us a private message on KS on December 19th. We replied back to you on the same day and today you sent us another message where you replied to what we mentioned (indicating that you indeed had received it).

We have been replying very promptly to all the messages and emails we have been getting - we don't know why someone would claim the opposite. As far as KS comments are concerned, we cannot offer our support based on them. We monitor them but we have repeatedly asked people to contact us directly with any issues they may have (either through KS direct messages or by email at support [at] artipiagames.com) and we immediately take care of everything that is needed.

A few minutes ago we replied again to your last message. Please let us know if you need anything further. We look forward to happily resolving any issues that may have risen.

For some reason many e-mail providers such as Google filter out all Artipia's messages as spam, unless you whitelist them. Users who checked spam folders report prompt reply rate from Artipia via any communication channel.
Would you check your spam folder and report back please?
