Is anyone able to compare and contrast the feel or hand management aspects of this game to the newly released The Thing: Infection at Outpost 31?

This "the thing" is The original first effort to simulate The movie.
We have had lots of fun playing It!
I Do not own infection i went The other way And backed who goes There ( inspired by The novella)
The main difference i believe is that The cards in mark's game are very graphic.

Since that has been delivered by now: How do those two compare?
