I assume this is “no”, but if there are zero contracts remaining but you have some political influence (thus rolling on a higher column), can you receive contracts?

If you are asking that if there are zero contracts available when it is your turn to receive contracts but you have political influence would you have a chance to receive contracts because you get one column to the right? I would say no because there just aren’t any contracts left to give out even if you do have political influence. You need to raise your fighter rating so that you are higher up in the pecking order. Remember also that if your fighter is more than 10 spots behind the Ally fighter you are not eligible for any contracts either.

Yeah, that is the correct answer. 0 Contracts mean that none remain to get.
