What's a Hero A + Hero B combo that you think is completely broken, hilarious, overpowered, confusing, or otherwise interesting?

In a recent game we had American Kid and Leather Goat, and it struck me how crazy American Goat would be. Three headlines in, and you'd have:

* Four Charge actions, one of which is Reckless Charge -- which can theoretically inflict 11 DMG!

* Potentially an alternate Charge action (from EOD). The two best would be Turbo Charge (bonus MOVE is amazing when you're moving twice!) and Headlong Charge (use your Superpower to defend, and then throw a Headlong Charge for 8 DMG!).

* While you're the 1st Hero, even your normal Charge cards have MOVE 2 and do 6 DMG.

Of course, you'd also have a heck of a target on your back, but even that can be fun.

Stunt Master

Stunt: When you gain an injury, gain 2 Fame. When you lose an injury, gain 1 Fame.

Master: (A superpower that scales in power based on how many injuries you have, ending in...) If you have 5 injuries, deal 5 DMG to a character within RNG 1 and lose all of your injuries.

That's a potent combo. Play dumb and rash all game, burning through cards and getting knocked out (hopefully by villains and minions) to accumulate injuries. Then be sure to get in a Superpower once you're at 5 injuries. Net gain: 15 Fame, plus all the stuff you earned by not worrying about self-defense.

Stunt Alien

Alien: KO a minion within RNG 1. You may lose an injury to deal 5 DMG to a character at RNG 0. You may gain an injury to retrieve a Deflect action.

Probably even more potent. Once you have a single injury, your Superpower basically becomes "Do all three things + gain 3 Fame".

Plastic Supreme

Plastic: You do not take additional DMG from injuries. At the end of the game, injuries are worth +1 Fame instead of -2 Fame.

Supreme: 5 DMG to a minion/villain within RNG 2. You may discard a Deflect action to gain one Fame for each injury you have.

As for the "Stunt" heroes above, play dumb and reckless to get to 5 injuries ASAP, then become more defensive to avoid accumulating more (since you will still lose 2 Fame for additional KOs). Play your Superpower constantly, resting frequently, for +5 Fame each time, and then get another +5 Fame at the end of the game.

Scuba Golem

Scuba: (Among other things) Every action counts as an EQP action.

Golem: Deal 5 DMG at RNG 0. Retrieve all of your other spent EQP actions. (or BLOCK) Deal 1 DMG to a villain for each of your other spent EQP actions.

Crazy effective, as your Superpower now lets you retrieve all of your other cards (including Epic ones) if used actively, or does damage equal to your spent card pile if used defensively. Who needs Deflect?

Turbo Arrow

Okay, it's probably too easy to say "insert Mythic hero + Hero B card that doubles their effect," but this one combo is even worse.

Turbo: Get an extra Maneuver. After you move 2+ space, do 1 DMG to a character.

Arrow: (among other things) Get an extra Maneuver. When you play Maneuver, KO an underling within RNG 1. When Superpower is spent, reduce all DMG to you by your spent Maneuvers.

If one both "KO underlings" headlines are on the board, you're going to take them in record time, and all while pinging the villain and other heroes for bonus Fame or discarded cards. Once you get Swift Maneuver, you can take out 2 underlings in one move, all while saving your actual attack cards for defense.

Frankly, you never need to bother unlocking her bonus feat (Maneuver gets +3 MOVE), though if you do it's pretty insane -- you can basically teleport around the board freely.

Extraterrestrial Brain

ET: As long as you're injured, you may deal 1 DMG to a villain instead of gaining an injury.

Brain: Deal 5 DMG to a character. If they're not within RNG 3, gain an injury.

Start off with a single injury, and from that point on, your Superpower is now, "Deal 5 DMG to a character anywhere on the board, and if they're 4+ spaces away, also deal 1 DMG to a villain." How lovely is that?
