Nothing like a 50% increase on the subsidy and no construction has happened. Also, Foxconn's commitment of investing $10 billion is down to $9 billion.

Not just money however according to the story.

There has to be more detail on that part somehow, because isn't it agains Federal Law to intentionally pollute. Or am I being somewhat naive on this




Yes but who at the EPA is left to enforce that law?
