Hi all,

I have a few questions about the expansions and unofficial maps.

1. Do all maps official and unofficial come with roughly the same size which is approx 100cm x 70cm ? Always double-pieced like the Formula D Monaco track?

2.Do the expansions (official) come with something extra on top of tracks? Like extra rules, extra cars, etc? Or is it just a map/track expansion and that's all? I'm just curious.

3. I saw there is a lot of 3rd party / fan made tracks on bgg. Can someone point me to the best possible way to have that printed? I mean do you download a JPG file of the map or you need something else? You print it where and on what? How do you later fold it to fix in the box? PLease please help with some tutorial how to best do that.

4. I love the game !

I can answer number 2

There are very few other maps that come with extra rules, the only one i can think of is the one where you jump over a ravine(i think its the Nevada track)

Chicago from Circuits 1 and Nevada Ride from Circuits 6 both have jumps.

Chicago also has criss-crossing lanes.

Nevada Ride also has a casino that you can gamble at.

The Docks from Circuits 3 has three different routes that have to be taken (in any order).

All of the official Formula D maps are the same size and double-pieced like the Monaco track. I can fit three boards (so six tracks) in the original box with all of the other game bits.

The Formula Dé tracks are not the same size and don't fit in the Formula D box (but work fine with Formula D).

1. Unofficial circuits are all different sizes. But they do tend towards the standard Fde size boards. Some a little larger/some a little smaller.

2. Some of the original Formula De circuits had extra rules (the 2 over tracks Daytona/Indianapolis). Out of the Formula D, that has been addressed above by others. And yes each track set is 2 tracks. Often with an "official circuit" and a "street race or fantasy circuit".

3. I print them as 13x19 pages (my printer can handle this size) and mount them together on a sturdy board or foam core. But yes, you will need to probably make them multipage images that you cut and assemble yourself unless you are taking them somewhere to get print professionally on large tabloid printers.

4. I love this game as well!
