Hello all,

This may seem like a noob question but will the Scythe extended board (818x936mm) comfortably fit a 3x5 board game table?

Thanks!

not really. by the time you add player boards (2 per player) and tokens and stuff your table is too full

The dimensions of the extended-board by itself are 3'10" x 2'10" (818x936mm). So that takes up the entire width of your table, with just 14" unused the long way. AND, as mentioned, you need to fit the dual playmats for each player. You might squeeze it all in with a 2-player game, but nothing more.

If you are asking about the "lifetime" standard white tables that you find in your average game store, the answer is NO.

When we play scythe at a game store, we either use the SMALLER BOARD, or have to push two tables together.

This is sort of unfortunate, because the BIGGER BOARD "almost" fits on a standard table, it misses by about an inch on each side.

So would 4x6 gaming table be more suitable for the larger board?

We've played with the extended board comfortably on a 4x4 table a number of times (4 players).

That's great news! So a 4x6 would be plenty!
